PITTSBURGH (March 27, 2026) — Pittsburgh Riveters SC has added another pair of players for the upcoming 2026 season with University of Cincinnati forward Coley Sidloski and University of Evansville defender Brielle LaBerge set to join the team.
Sidloski, 22, just completed her senior season at Cincinnati, where she started every game of 2025 and led the Bearcats with four goals and four assists, including a game-tying goal at Pitt last September. Prior to the past two seasons at Cincinnati, the Strongsville, Ohio native began her college career with two seasons at Ohio State, and she also brings USL W League experience with the Cleveland Force.
“Coley is a very exciting player who brings a lot of experience to our attacking areas,” Riveters head coach Scott Gibson said. “She has excellent pace and is not afraid to be creative and take players on. Her collegiate experience at Ohio State and Cincinnati will bring leadership to our group, and we can’t wait to get started.”
LaBerge, 20, has been a two-year starter for Evansville and finished up a sophomore season in which she started every match, finishing with a goal and five assists for the Purple Aces. Originally from Cumming, Ga., LaBerge earned Third Team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors for her play in 2025.
“Brielle visited Pittsburgh last month, and we got to see her in our environment both on and off the field,” Gibson said. “She is a player that is eager to learn and improve and has an amazing enthusiasm for the game. Brielle will bolster our options in the squad and we are looking forward to welcoming her to Pittsburgh.”
The second season of Riveters soccer is less than two months away, and the team is set to open its season with by hosting FC Buffalo on Saturday, May 16 at 7 p.m. Season tickets are on sale now, and single-game tickets will be available starting in early April.
