The Riveters Job Shadowing Program offers high school and college women in the Pittsburgh area the chance to explore careers in sports by shadowing professionals at Pittsburgh Riveters SC and Riverhounds SC. Participants can choose the department that aligns with their interests—whether it’s marketing, operations, coaching, or another area—and gain real-world insight by spending time with staff who bring the clubs to life every day.
